Who can request access?
All STARR agents may request access. Your permission level depends on your role and license status—licensed agents and MD+ members receive broader access.
What am I requesting access to?
Access is for the Agent Dashboard, which includes advanced training content, resources, and other STARR Team announcements.
What email address should I use?
You must provide a Gmail address when requesting access. If you don’t have one, please create a Google account. Need help? Click here.
How is access determined?
Our role‑based access model (RBAC) considers your role for baseline permissions. Being licensed or MD+ enables access to additional resources.
How long does it take to process a request?
Requests are typically reviewed and approved within 1–2 business days.
How long is access granted?
Access is granted for 6 months, followed by a mandatory review. Note: The admin team reserves the right to revoke access at any time, such as when a team member leaves or terminated.
What if I recently earned my license or was promoted?
If you’ve become a licensed agent or been promoted to MD or above, please notify the admin team so we can update your access level immediately.
How do I cancel or revoke my access?
If you no longer need access, inform us and we’ll promptly remove your permissions.
